Our service
RoadAssist+ is a platform that helps customers discover, request, and coordinate vehicle-related support. Availability, response times, service prices, and provider acceptance can vary by location, demand, vehicle, and provider capability.
Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for keeping account, contact, vehicle, and request information accurate. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access. You must be legally able to use the service and provide information for yourself or with proper authority.
Location and emergency use
Location permission is required for location-dependent app features. RoadAssist+ is not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire, or other public emergency services. In an immediate life-threatening emergency, contact the relevant emergency service first.
Providers and service delivery
Providers are independent businesses or personnel. RoadAssist+ may review provider information and platform status, but does not guarantee a provider's availability, workmanship, arrival time, or any third-party product or service. Confirm scope, price, and any additional work directly before it begins.
Payments and cancellations
Displayed or quoted charges may include platform, provider, or third-party payment charges where applicable. Cancellation, refund, and dispute handling may depend on the request status and service already delivered. Contact support promptly if you need help with a payment or service issue.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, create fraudulent requests, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or use RoadAssist+ for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the platform.
Changes and contact
